This hotel was perfect for my business trip. It offered all the amenities I needed for a short stay and the location near the central station was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The only drawback was that the receptionist was unable to provide accurate information on public transport to the airport. As a businessman relying on quick and efficient travel, I would have expected the hotel staff to have better knowledge of transportation options.

The hotel was centrally located to the main station only a ten minute walk. The reception staff were very welcoming and check-in/out was straight forward as we'd booked on-line. The room looked recently refurbished and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The hotel accommdated our request for a room away from the lift and road (we like peace and quite!) Breakfast offered a full range of continental offerings.

It would have been nice to have a lounge area to sit in after being out for a meal but the room was comforatble enough. Also whilst we were only staying two nights it would have been good to have an alternative to just CNN news by way of programmes to suit English only speaking guests (but again not the end of the world)

The staff were very friendly, Cleanliness, Garage is available with a reasonable price.

I really felt like I got my money's worth at Hotel Savoy. The room was spotless and had everything I needed, plus the bathroom was well-equipped with a great shower. The location was convenient, close to the train station and a supermarket. The staff, especially the friendly and helpful chamber maid, really made my stay enjoyable.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with a bit more variety.

Good location near City and Centralstation. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good value for the money. Easy to take the sub to for example the arena, we where watching HSV-Bremen.

Small room but ok. There wasnt able to change the soap in the shower., I told the cleaninglady twice, we where 3 people in the room and its nice to have a soap when u have to wash up.......

For dads, it would be great if the hotel could provide more family-friendly amenities to cater to children's needs.

The room we stayed in was not big enough for 3 people. Our daughter slept on the sofa which kept falling apart. we also had to pay for our entire stay even though we checked out after only 1 night.

Friendly staff, clean room, ok breakfast. Located close to the central station and within walking distance to Lange Reihe where there are nice shops and restaurants.

The hotel is located in a really seedy porn area with lots of prostitutes and sex shops. This of course attracts a certain clientel. Not so nice. Still ok and within walking distance from most things.

The staff were helpful, informative, and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The location is central to the main train station and surrounded by lovely restaurants.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Modern and tidy.

For three beds a bit tide.There is no mechanical ventilation in the room, so the window needs to be open at night. But because of the noise out side (very very busy street) you can't sleep.

Close to station. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and bathtub. Decent TV. Convenient location for tourism. Close to cafes with good food. Great base for exploring the city.

Good comfortable hotel in a lightly red light area behind the Hamburg Hbf. Very good for all public traffic connections around Hamburg. 25 min from the airport, 10 minutes walk from centre and 10 minutes public traffic to fish market, 40 minutes to Luebeck and Heide....

The room was a little on the small side, though fine for ine person. There were no tea and coffee making facilities.
